Delete your account

To request deletion of your Donation Basket account and associated data, email info@donationbasket.com from the email address linked to your account and let us know you'd like it deleted.

1. We'll confirm your deletion request within 2–3 business days.
2. Your account and personal data will be fully deleted within 30 days of your request.
3. Certain donation and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal/regulatory purposes.
