For Organizations
Is there a fee to use the platform?
We operate on a simple monthly subscription model tailored to your organization's size. This ensures you keep 100% of your donations (minus standard credit card processing fees). There are no hidden platform fees or percentage cuts.
How secure is the payment processing?
Extremely secure. We partner with Stripe Connect, a global leader in payment processing. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL encryption, and we are fully PCI-DSS compliant.
How quickly do we receive our funds?
Funds are deposited directly into your organization's bank account on a rolling basis, typically within 2 business days of the donation.
Can we track offline donations (cash/check)?
Yes! Our "Offline Inputs" feature allows you to manually log cash and check donations, giving you a complete picture of your fundraising efforts in one dashboard.
Is there a contract?
We focus on long-term partnerships to ensure sustainable growth. Our agreements are designed to protect your pricing and provide dedicated support over time.
For Donors
Is the app free to download?
Yes, the Donation Basket app is completely free to download and use for donors on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Do I get a receipt for my taxes?
Absolutely. You receive an email receipt immediately after every donation. The app also keeps a "Live Ledger" of your giving history for end-of-year tax reporting.
Can I support multiple organizations?
Yes! You can follow and support multiple organizations—like your church, your child's school, and a local charity—all from a single profile.
Can I raise money for a personal cause?
Yes. Individuals can use Donation Basket to raise funds for personal causes, medical needs, or creative projects using our streamlined tools.
How do I cancel a recurring donation?
For security, all changes to recurring donations must be made in the mobile app. Go to My Donations > Active, select the donation, and tap Cancel.
What if I donated online without the app?
Simply download the app and sign in with the same email/phone used for your donation. We will sync your history automatically.
